As a certified 200-Hour Yoga Teacher and professional trainer, Cathy is dedicated to empowering women and men of all fitness levels. Her holistic approach combines strength training, yoga, personalized workout programs and nutrition, helping clients achieve their unique fitness goals. Cathy's commitment to fostering a supportive and uplifting environment ensures that every client feels confident and capable on their wellness journey.
